Namitha Varghese is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager currently working at SCM BPO since August 2024. Previously, Namitha held the role of Senior HR Recruiter at Intelliswift Software, Inc. from December 2022 to August 2024, and served as a Senior Resource Specialist and Resource Specialist at NewAgeSys, Inc. between February 2019 and December 2022. Namitha began a career in human resources after completing a marketing internship at Big Bazaar in August 2018 and a two-month internship focusing on qualitative and quantitative analysis of paprika oleoresin at AVT Natural Products Limited in 2017. Namitha earned a Master of Business Administration specializing in HR and Marketing from Bharata Mata Institute of Management and holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Chemistry from St. Alberts College. Early education included a focus on Computer Science at Kendriya Vidyalaya.
