Tariq Weaver has a diverse background in sports management and customer service. Currently serving as a Stat Crew member for the Cleveland Charge since October 2022, Tariq is responsible for calling games for statisticians to record. In addition, Tariq has been working with Pioneer Athletics since December 2021, handling the production and shipping of athletic field paint. Previous roles include positions at Whole Foods Market as a Grocery Stock Clerk, Walmart as a Self Check Out Host/Cashier/Lot Attendant, and Giant Eagle, Inc. as a Cashier/Parking Lot Attendant, where Tariq excelled in customer service and operational responsibilities. Tariq is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Cleveland State University, building on a previous degree in the same field from Bowling Green State University.
