Kelli Cavagnaro, CAMS, has extensive experience in financial crimes compliance and banking operations. Currently serving as a Financial Crimes Compliance Operations Officer at Pioneer since March 2021, Kelli has previously held positions such as BSA Operations Manager and Senior BSA Analyst. Prior to Pioneer, Kelli worked as a Compliance Officer at Paradigm Capital Management and as a Financial Planning Analyst at Hulbert Financial Group. Kelli’s career began at Kinderhook Bank, where roles included Assistant Vice President and BSA Analyst, focusing on the administration of the Bank Secrecy Act. Kelli holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Siena College and an Associate degree in Business Administration from Hudson Valley Community College.
