Phil Japikse has over 25 years of experience in the software industry. Phil is currently the CTO at Pintas & Mullins Law Firm, and was previously the Director of Microsoft Consulting Services at Strategic Data Systems. Phil is also a well-known speaker and author in the software development community, having presented at various conferences and having written multiple books on topics such as ASP.NET Core and Entity Framework.

Phil Japikse received a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis. Phil is certified as a Scrum Master and Scrum Practitioner from the Scrum Alliance, and as a MCDBA and MCSD from Microsoft.
