Arkan Mediantara is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Pintarnya since May 2022. Arkan's career in talent acquisition began at Prudential Indonesia (PT Prudential Life Assurance) from January 2018 to January 2021, where responsibilities included both Talent Acquisition Specialist and Human Resources Generalist roles.
