Hima Soni's work experience includes various roles in the art industry. Hima is currently working as an Art Instructor at Pinot's Palette, where they teach canvas painting and provides entertainment for customers. Hima also has experience as an Art Instructor at Art One Academy, where they teach art to students. Hima has also worked as a freelance fine artist, creating commissioned portraits and sketches, as well as customized conceptual paintings. Hima has served as an Assistant Director at Thirding Studio Gallery, assisting with marketing, fundraising, and administrative tasks. Additionally, Hima has worked at StudioLaBeauté as an Artist, creating designs for painting and embroidering on soft furnishings, and briefly served as a Studio Manager. Hima has also worked as an Artist at RedBlendArt and as an Art Instructor at N.H.A.F, facilitating art workshops for children. Hima's experience also includes a part-time faculty position at Bhanwar Rathore Design Studio, where they taught art and helped students prepare for entrance exams and portfolio development.

Hima Soni has a diverse education history in the field of fine and studio arts. Hima completed a part-time Interdisciplinary Master's in Art, Media, and Design at OCAD University from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Sir J J School of Art Dr D N Road Mumbai 400 001 from 2011 to 2015. Hima also attended Raheja School of Arts for their first year of study in Fine and Studio Arts from 2010 to 2011. Before that, they completed a Foundation degree in Fine/Studio Arts at Mumbai Kala Mahavidyalaya from 2009 to 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Hima Soni obtained a certification in Principles of Healthy Child Development from the City of Toronto in April 2018.
