Nicole Brown, EIT, serves as a Project Lead at Pinnacle since May 2018, where responsibilities include achieving schedule milestones, enhancing team efficiency, and ensuring the acceptance of project deliverables. Prior roles include Technical Specialist, focusing on technical knowledge and problem-solving within projects, and Asset Integrity Analyst, where construction and implementation of a Mechanical Integrity program were key tasks. Nicole leveraged expertise in corrosion, metallurgy, and refinery processes, facilitating client engagement, mentoring teams, and spearheading quality improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Additional experience includes a leadership position in the OXE Chemical Engineering Honor Society and an internship at Nalco Champion, where product testing and project management played significant roles. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University and an Associate of Science from Lone Star College-CyFair.
