Haley Flagg has extensive experience in operations and program management, currently serving as the Director of Operations for the Access Center at Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. since July 2017. Flagg's previous roles at Pinnacle include Referral Communications Manager, Community Outreach Liaison, and Care Coordinator. Prior experience includes positions as Assistant Program Director and Volunteer Coordinator at Pegasus Therapeutic Riding Academy Inc., Project Manager at EMG, and Assistant Project Manager at IVI, a CBRE Company, where responsibilities included conducting Phase I site assessments and environmental sampling. Flagg also has diverse experience in tutoring and GIS map-making, with educational credentials comprising a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Eastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science with a Biology minor from Drew University.
