Rachel Perks has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Rachel'smost recent position was as the Chief People Officer at Pinnacle Propane, LLC, which they began in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Calor Gas Ltd as a Strategic HRBP from July 2020 to January 2023, and as an HR Manager - ER and Business Change from May 2019 to July 2020. Before that, they were an HR Manager at Vp plc from November 2018 to April 2019, and held multiple roles at Hilti Great Britain, including Regional Manager from April 2017 to November 2018, and Regional HR Business Partner from February 2015 to November 2018. Rachel also has experience from their time at Jaguar Land Rover, where they worked in various roles such as Manufacturing Learning and Development from December 2011 to February 2015, Employee Relations from August 2010 to November 2011, and Global Mobility from February 2010 to August 2010. Additionally, they have held positions at LDV Group Ltd as Head Of Human Resources from April 2009 to October 2009, and as Human Resources Manager from April 2008 to April 2009. Rachel Perks attended Nunnery Wood High School from 1991 to 1996. Following that, they enrolled at Worcester sixth form college from 1996 to 1998 where they completed their A levels. Finally, they pursued a BA (hons) in Human Resources Management from the University of Central Lancashire from 1999 to 2003.
