Carlos Esteban Velarde Cruz is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in embedded software and automation engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer and Senior Project Engineer at Pinnacle Aerospace Inc since January 2019, Carlos has a proven track record in developing test environments for multi-language code and ensuring compliance with industry standards such as DO-178B and AS9100. Carlos's prior roles include Senior Test Automation Engineer at CIP Centro de Innovacion y Prototipado, where development focused on improving electrical and vision tests, and various positions at Flex, including Ingeniero de automatización and Junior Test Engineer. Carlos holds an Engineering degree in Electronics, Robotics, and Mechatronics from the Instituto Tecnologico de Cajeme and is pursuing a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Arizona from January 2024 to December 2030.
