Malin Dotevall Banks has a wealth of work experience, beginning with their role as an Event Hostess at Goteborg & Co Träffpunkt AB in 2010. Malin then moved on to become a Receptionist at Fujitsu Services in 2011, followed by a Sales role at Systembolaget AB in 2012. In the same year, they also held a Breakfast Hostess role at Quality Hotel & Suites Convention Centre. In 2013, Malin began working as a Customer Assistant at Øresundsbron and a Consultant at Academic Work. In 2015, they took on a Usability Consultant role at Malmö stad and a Consulting Interaction Designer role at OMMH. Finally, in 2016, Malin became a Technical Project Manager, User Experience Designer, and Customer Success Manager at PinMeTo.

Malin Dotevall Banks attended Malmö University from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design. Prior to that, they attended University of Gothenburg from 2010 to 2011, studying Sociology and Anthropology.
