Lacey Kraft is an experienced nonprofit professional with a strong background in development and philanthropy. Currently serving as the Donor Engagement Officer at Pinky Swear Foundation, Lacey has also held the positions of Vice President of Philanthropy and Director of Development, leading a $10 million Endowment Campaign and developing a national fundraising plan. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Development for Friends of Ngong Road, where Lacey built relationships to support children's education in Kenya, and as Development Director and Capital Campaign Manager at the Community Violence Intervention Center, directing activities that funded nearly 40% of the organization's operating budget. Lacey began a career in administration at Altru Health System as an Administrative Resident. Lacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Nonprofit and Public Management and Human Resources from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
