Joni Lehto is a Business Development Manager at Pinja Group since February 2023, previously holding the position of Factory Maintenance Manager at Ponsse from March 2022 to February 2023. Prior experience includes a 17-year tenure at Olvi Oyj, where Joni progressed through various roles including Development Engineer, Maintenance Coordinator, Project Worker, Filling Hall Supervisor, and Filling Hall Mechanic. Joni has led continuous improvement and digitalization projects within Olvi Group, overseeing maintenance and supply chain processes, and has been actively involved as a key user in implementing CMMS, MES, and APS systems. Joni Lehto is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Technological Competence Management at Savonia University of Applied Sciences, complementing a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the same institution.
