Rahma Yustika Dewi is a skilled professional in People Operations with significant experience in the proptech sector and customer success. Currently serving as the Head of People Operations at Pinhome since July 2019, Rahma contributed to the company's growth from a startup of five employees to hundreds by leading various people operations functions. Prior to Pinhome, Rahma worked at Pawoon as a Customer Success Manager, where responsibilities included leading customer support initiatives and researching customer churn.
