Nuno Santos currently serves as Integrations Manager at PingPong Payments, starting in September 2024. Prior to this role, Nuno worked at OpenPayd as Product Solutions Manager from September 2021 to September 2024, leading strategic initiatives to enhance customer success and product adoption. Nuno's experience also includes serving as Lead Customer Success and Sales Engineer at Railsbank and earlier as Customer Success Manager, where a focus on customer relationships was paramount. At Prepaid Financial Services Limited, Nuno held several positions, including API Integrations Lead and IT Operations Lead, demonstrating a strong background in project delivery, customer engagement, and technical consultancy. Nuno holds a degree from Polytechnic of Leiria, completed between 2007 and 2014.
