Caitlyn Smith is an accomplished educator and former sales director with a diverse background in science and STEM education. Currently serving as a Science Teacher at Pinellas County Schools since August 2023, Caitlyn develops engaging curricula and implements interactive experiments to enhance student learning. Previously, as a Sales Director at BGSF, Caitlyn led a successful sales team, drove revenue growth, and initiated market expansion strategies. Caitlyn's experience also includes serving as a Science Teacher and Team Lead at Hillsborough County Public Schools, where curriculum development and mentorship were key responsibilities, as well as pioneering STEM education at Renaissance Charter School at West Palm Beach. Caitlyn holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Education from The University of Alabama.
