Eric Bandauski serves as the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Pinehurst Resort, overseeing multiple dining concepts and bars since May 2023. Previously, Bandauski held roles at JW Marriott Savannah Plant Riverside District, where responsibilities included directing beverage operations and procurement. Further experience includes significant contributions to Patina Restaurant Group as Purchasing Manager and Beverage Program Manager, and an earlier role at Smith & Wollensky as Purchasing Manager. Additional positions include operations management and procurement at various companies, culminating in a diverse background in food and beverage management. Eric Bandauski obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English Studies from Illinois State University.
