Debra Pouliot has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Employee Relations at Pinehurst Resort since January 2023. Prior to this role, Debra was the Human Resources Director at Erickson Senior Living from March 2021 to January 2023 and held the position of Director of Human Resources at The Arlington of Naples from July 2018 to February 2021. Debra's earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Director for both Page Rehabilitation & Healthcare and All About Home Care and as HR Manager at Haven Hospice. Additional roles include HR Director at HCA Healthcare and Human Resources Director at Health Management Associates, Inc. Debra holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
