Debbie Kelly is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, political leadership, and program management. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant at Pine Needles and Mid Pines Resorts since May 2018, Debbie also holds multiple roles at the NC Institute of Political Leadership, including Director of Programming and Operations, Interim Executive Director, and Alumni Engagement Manager since February 2013. Previous positions include Local Area President of the Moore County Association of Educators and GOP Caucus Chair for NCAE. Additionally, Debbie has a solid foundation in education as an educator for Moore County Schools from July 2003 to June 2013. Debbie Kelly is a graduate of the NC Institute of Political Leadership, completing the Fall Fellow program in 2012.
