Sami Afsar is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in sales and business management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as the Head of Enterprise and Retail Merchant Management at Pine Labs since August 2021, Sami Afsar has previously held significant roles at First Data Corporation-ICICI Merchant Services, including Business Head for the South region and Territory Head, from July 2010 to December 2021. Prior to that, Sami Afsar worked at ICICI in various capacities such as Director of Sales and Business Head for the South region. Sami Afsar began a career at ICICI Bank as Regional Sales Head and progressed through various managerial roles. Sami Afsar holds an Executive Post Graduate Programme degree in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, completed in 2012.
