Ilisha Nigam currently holds the position of Associate Director, Talent Management at Pine Labs, following a progressive career in human resources that includes roles such as Lead Sales HR Business Partner and Sales HR Business Partner. Previous experiences include serving as Head of Human Resources at Amitoje India, and Manager of People and Culture at STIR Education. Ilisha also held senior management positions at UMBRIO CONSULTING PVT. LTD. and Kotak Life Insurance. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur (2018-2019) and an MBA in Human Resources from IBS Mumbai (2009-2011).
