Rahul Agarwal is currently building Pincode, a hyperlocal app by PhonePe, starting in November 2023. Previously, from November 2022 to October 2023, Rahul served as a Key Account Executive at PhonePe, focusing on onboarding and servicing premium merchants across various sectors, including lifestyle, healthcare, and hospitality. Rahul's experience includes a project trainee role at KPMG India, conducting market analysis on PSUs training centers, and customer relationship management at Decathlon Sports India, ensuring a smooth customer experience. Other notable roles include marketing and sales associate with Phoenix Global, event manager for Emerald Events and Exhibitions, and project intern at Voiceworx Events. Rahul holds an MBA in Marketing from ISBR Business School and a BBA from Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology.
