Fredrik Mattson is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the hospitality and recreation sectors. As the founder of Pinchos, the world's first real app restaurant established in April 2012, Fredrik has revolutionized dining by enabling customers to order a diverse range of tapas via a mobile application. Additionally, Fredrik is the owner of Vrångsholmen AB and has founded and managed several other businesses, including Melody Club since January 2021, Lilleby Camping, and Smögens Camping since 2005. Previous experience includes managing Rent a Wreck from 2006 to 2010 and founding Restaurang Manana Göteborg from 2003 to 2007.
