Daniel Wiegand serves as the Head of Growth at PIN (Power in Numbers) since October 2023, focusing on aiding communities and groups in establishing investment vehicles for local startups. As a Managing Partner at Draper Startup House Accelerator since August 2019, Daniel oversees a three-month program that invests up to $100K in pre-seed startups while providing housing and mentorship. Previous roles include Entrepreneur in Residence and Entrepreneur Immersion Program Manager at Draper University, where Daniel managed startup programs and mentored aspiring entrepreneurs. Additional experience includes Project Director at Draper Hero Institute, co-founding and operating Trailermade, and various roles in business development and support across sports and technology companies. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Sports Business and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Sports Studies from the University of Oregon, complemented by a minor in Economics.
