Vincent Zabielski currently serves as a Partner at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP since December 2014, having held various titles including Special Counsel and Counsel. Prior to this role, Vincent was the Senior Legal Counsel at Emirates Nuclear Energy Corporation from March 2012 to December 2014. Vincent also worked as Associate General Counsel - Nuclear at PSEG from July 2008 to March 2011, providing legal counsel on nuclear operations and regulatory compliance. Earlier experience includes a position as a Legal Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from 2005 to 2008, focusing on nuclear litigation and regulatory matters, and a role as Nuclear Steam Supply Systems Branch Manager at PSEG from 1990 to 2005. Vincent holds a JD from Rutgers Law School and multiple degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Drexel University.
