Austin T. has a diverse work experience in the field of scientific research and engineering. Austin started their career as a Research Assistant at Brigham Young University, where they focused on developing computational models of chemical reactions. Austin then joined the Laboratory For Psychiatric Neuroengineering as a Data Scientist, where they developed statistical models of mouse brain dynamics to understand mental disorders. This work contributed to the development of stimulation-based treatments for mental illness.

Austin later pursued a Postdoctoral Researcher position at Stanford University, where they continued their research in the field. Currently, they are employed at Pillar Biosciences Incorporated as a Machine Learning Engineer. Austin'sresponsibilities include developing machine learning models and utilizing them to enhance the company's work in the field of biosciences.

Throughout their career, Austin has showcased a strong background in computational and statistical modeling, as well as a dedication to advancing scientific understanding and developing innovative solutions.

Austin T. began their education in 2011 at Brigham Young University, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Computational and Applied Mathematics. During this time, they also pursued a Minor in Chemistry. After graduating in 2015, they enrolled at Duke University, where they earned a Master's degree in Statistics from 2015 to 2019. Austin continued their studies at Duke and completed a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Statistics from 2015 to 2020.
