Kyle Joseph is an experienced maintenance and planning professional with a career spanning over 18 years in the mining and engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Planning Superintendent at Pilbara Minerals Limited since September 2022, Kyle also held roles such as Shutdown Planner and Maintenance Planner at Rio Tinto and Sandfire, respectively. Prior experience includes positions as a Fitter in fixed plant processing at St Barbara Limited and Navigator Gold Mine, as well as a Maintenance Fitter with Water Corporation. Earlier in the career, Kyle worked as a First Class Machinist and Fitter at Hofmann Engineering Pty Ltd, where responsibilities included overhauling gearboxes and performing various fitting tasks using specialized equipment.
