Fernando Meirelles Pereira is an experienced Lead Product Designer currently at Pilar since December 2022, with a robust background in UX/UI design and front-end development. Previously, Fernando contributed as a UX/UI and Product Designer at Tuna Payments, enhancing various company products through modern design and solid front-end solutions. Their tenure at Peixe Urbano involved improving customer and sales partner experiences through design and implementation of user flows. As a UX/UI Designer at Concrete Solutions, Fernando worked on partner startups, emphasizing Lean and Agile methodologies before the company's acquisition by Accenture. Earlier roles include UI Designer at CarrascoMamata, where rapid user growth was achieved, and an internship as a UX Designer at Globo.com, focusing on mobile interfaces. Fernando holds a Bachelor's Degree in Product Design from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and an M.B.A. in Marketing and Digital Design from ESPM.
