Matthew Konrad is an experienced Senior System Analyst at Pierre Fabre Group, where responsibilities include managing help desk operations, providing first and second-level support, and supporting ERP systems, including SAP B1 and Microsoft Dynamics. Additionally, Matthew supports the Digital team and E-Commerce platform (Magento) in integrating orders into the ERP system. Prior to this role, Matthew served as a Database Processing Coordinator at the Illuminating Engineering Society, successfully managing payment data entry, providing technical assistance, and maintaining member databases.
