Jessica Madrigal is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, employee relations, and talent management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Analyst Recruiter at Pierce Transit, Jessica is responsible for developing equitable recruitment strategies and guiding hiring managers through the recruitment process.
