Theresa W. has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Theresa began their career at New England Refrigeration Services, Inc. in 1995, where they served as an Office Manager, overseeing a dispatch team and managing customer and vendor communications. Theresa also handled AR/AP and payroll responsibilities and generated monthly P/L reports.

Most recently, Theresa joined PIERCE Property Services in 2021 as an Accounting Manager and later became the Director of Finance in 2023.
Theresa W. attended Matignon High School, but no degree or field of study is provided. In 2017, they obtained a certification in Communicating With Confidence from the American Management Association. In 2016, they obtained certifications in Leading with Emotional Intelligence, Getting Results Without Authority, and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, all from the same institution.
