Olivia Johnson, MPH, currently serves as the Manager of Quality and Safety Integration at Piedmont since November 2025, after holding the position of System Quality Management Consultant at Northside Hospital from November 2024 to October 2025. Prior roles at Piedmont include Senior Performance Improvement Lead from January 2022 to November 2024, and her career began as Clinical Operations Consultant and Practice Management Coordinator at The Southeast Permanente Medical Group from August 2017 to January 2022. Olivia also gained experience as a Performance Improvement Intern at Kaiser Permanente in 2017 and as a Public Health Intern at Clalit Health Services in 2016. Earlier, Olivia worked as an Editorial Intern at the National Center for Civil and Human Rights from June to November 2013. Olivia holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from The University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Public Relations from Georgia State University.
