Kaitlyn Lester M.S., CF-SLP is a skilled Speech Language Pathologist currently employed at The Stepping Stones Group, LLC since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Student Clinician at Children's of Alabama and UAB Medicine, where extensive evaluation and treatment were provided for various speech and swallowing disorders. Kaitlyn has also worked with the Tuscaloosa County School District and Hoover City Schools, delivering therapy to children across different age groups and participating in eligibility, IEP, and re-evaluation processes. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Samford University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from The University of Georgia.
