Venitta Tauro is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as Senior Manager Learning Development at Pidilite Industries Limited since January 2023. Previously, Venitta held the position of Head - Public Programs at Dale Carnegie India from April 2016 to January 2023 and worked as Business Manager at Dutch Design Workspace from April 2008 to April 2010. Venitta holds a PGDBM in Sales and Marketing, as well as Sales and Human Resources from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS), completed in July 2022. In addition, Venitta earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Psychology from Mumbai University in April 1997 and a degree in Hotel Administration and Food Technology from Sophia Shree B.K. Somani Memorial Polytechnic between April 1993 and April 1996.
