Kumar Iyer is an experienced professional in the coatings and adhesive industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Pidilite Industries Limited. Prior roles include Head of Commercial Operations for South East Asia and for the Coatings, Adhesives & Specialties sector in the India Subcontinent at Covestro. Kumar has also held positions as Business Manager for Industrial Coatings at E.I. DuPont India Pvt Ltd, and various roles at ICI India, including Senior Product Manager and Technical Service Manager for Auto OEM. Earlier in the career, Kumar served as Section Officer at Alchemie India Research and Technology Centre. Academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Polymer Surface Coatings from the Institute of Chemical Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.
