Morgan Strauss has extensive experience in the post-production industry, currently serving as Managing Director at Picture Shop Post since March 2021. Prior to this role, Morgan held several positions at Encore Hollywood from January 2010 to December 2020, including Managing Director and VP Operations, where responsibilities included overseeing operations across multiple locations and managing annual budgets. Earlier roles at Encore included Director of Operations and Operations Manager, focusing on facility management and project workflows. Morgan also worked at Riot as Operations Manager and Post Production Supervisor from 2004 to 2009. Educational background includes a BA in Liberal Studies from Antioch University Los Angeles and studies at the University of California, Santa Cruz.
