Elen Hakoyan is a Network & DevOps Trainer at Picsart Academy since October 2022, responsible for developing training content in network engineering and onboarding new team members, while collaborating closely with the network leadership team. Concurrently, Elen serves as a DevOps Engineer at Goya CJSC, focusing on deploying local k3s clusters using Ansible and implementing GitOps principles for cluster management. Previous experience includes roles at "NORK" TECHNOLOGY CENTER as a DevOps Engineer, where system network administration was performed, and at Ucom as a Technical Support Specialist, addressing customer technical issues. Elen has also worked at Veritas Technologies LLC providing support for Azure-based infrastructure. Elen holds a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from the National Polytechnic University of Armenia, completed in 2021.
