Shamila Coley-Boykins has extensive experience in customer service, sales, and facility coordination. Currently serving as Recycling & Facility Coordinator and previously as Client Relations Specialist and Inside Sales Associate at PICS Telecom since May 2019, Shamila has developed strong skills in client relations and sales. Prior to this, Shamila was the CEO of Doc's Facilities Solutions Inc., overseeing executive administration, scheduling, and customer service from January 2013 to May 2019, and gained experience in inbound sales and customer service at Sutherland Global Services. Earlier roles include working as a Jewelry Associate at Macy's and as a Canvasser for NYPIRG, focusing on community engagement and legislative support. Shamila holds a degree from Monroe Community College and a high school diploma from The Harley School, with certification from the Cleaning Management Institute for Training The Trainer.
