Clifford Young is an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager with a comprehensive background in project management and technology services across various prominent financial institutions. Currently employed at Pico since May 2018, Clifford previously held similar senior project management roles at Morgan Stanley and Bank of America / Merrill Lynch. Prior to this, Clifford served as a Senior Project Manager and Technology Officer at Deutsche Bank and ICAP / BrokerTec, respectively. Additionally, Clifford has extensive experience in management and engineering roles, including positions at Bankers Trust and Micrognosis Inc. Clifford's educational foundation was established at the New York Institute of Technology, where studies were completed from 1979 to 1985.
