Sudarshan Birla is a UX Designer currently working at Pickrr since May 2023, focusing on enhancing the Shiprocket checkout experience by reducing cognitive load for users and collaborating with product managers and developers to produce wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications. Sudarshan held the position of Director at Student Alumni Interaction Linkage at IIT Guwahati from February to June 2023, and briefly worked as a User Experience Researcher at uFaber Edutech Pvt Ltd in March 2023. Additionally, Sudarshan served as a Project Manager at BUCKETNINJAs from June to September 2020. Sudarshan graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Guwahati in May 2023.
