Claiborne Linvill currently serves as a County Councilmember for District 1 in Pickens County, South Carolina, following an election in November 2022. In addition to this role, Claiborne is the President of Rock Creek Communications LLC, which specializes in marketing and content-creation services. Previously, Claiborne held the position of Marketing Strategist & Writer at ALINE and served as Managing Editor & Social Media Manager for NOVADog Magazine. Claiborne co-founded PR Prep and has experience as an instructor at Clemson University, teaching upper-level public relations courses. Additional roles include PR/Marketing & Membership Director at the South Carolina Botanical Garden and Marketing Communications Manager at Washington Speakers Bureau.
