Caroline Andre is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial management and business development. Currently serving as the Responsable Centre de profit "Distribution Automatique" at Picard Surgelés since February 2019, Caroline has successfully launched and manages the Snack Bar Connecté business unit targeted at B2B clients. Prior to this role, Caroline worked at Nestlé Nespresso SA from December 2015 to January 2019, where responsibilities included leading a team for new service development in the B2B sector and overseeing the implementation of a CRM tool for sales forces. Caroline's career began at Selecta, where a 14-year tenure involved various positions in commercial management, training, and sales support. Caroline holds a Diploma in International Business from ESCE International Business School, obtained in 1997.
