Melt Loubser is an experienced agricultural professional with a strong background in farm management and production. Currently serving as Farm Manager at Picama Group since February 2021, Melt has also operated a self-employed business since July 2015. Previous roles include Co Owner in the construction sector from January 2016 to November 2019, and General Manager at Sam Valley Farms from November 2013 to November 2015, where responsibilities included the production of export pineapples and establishing a papaya production section. Additionally, Melt held the position of General Manager at C.C.Basson Citrus from January 1983 to October 2007, overseeing an export citrus farm. Melt Loubser holds a B.Sc. (Agric) degree in Agriculture from the University of Pretoria, completed in December 1983.
