George Polette is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and warehouse management. Currently serving as the Warehouse Manager at Pic The Gift since May 2024, George previously held the position of Operations Manager at IncentiLock from July 2019 to October 2024 and worked as a Maintenance Technician at Pic The Gift between October 2016 and April 2022. Earlier in the career, George was a Warehouse Manager at Rogers Comfort System from August 2003 to September 2010 and served as a Motor Sergeant in the US Army for over two decades. Educational qualifications include an Associate's Degree in Management Information Systems from St. Charles Community College, an Associate's Degree in General Technology from Southeast Arkansas College, participation in a Software Developer Registered Apprenticeship program at CoderVets, and currently pursuing Bachelor's degrees in Occupational Safety and Health Technology/Technician and Occupational Health and Safety at Columbia Southern University, expected to be completed by November 2025.
