Harshada Sarma is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and corporate training. Currently serving as the Controller of Examinations and IT Faculty at Pune Institute of Business Management since February 2008, Harshada leads the examination process for AICTE approved and SPPU affiliated courses. Experience includes providing corporate training for managerial staff in Advanced Excel and presentation skills at Essar Steel and Indo-Schottle Auto Parts. Previous roles encompass leadership positions in various educational institutions, including Lecturer and Head of the IT Department at Synergy Institute of Advance Management, with expertise in administration, curriculum development, and student engagement. Harshada holds a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science from Pune University and Savitribai Phule Pune University, as well as an MBA in Human Resources Management and a Master's in Business Analytics.
