Demoy Howell has extensive experience in the food service industry, currently serving as a Shift Supervisor at PIADA ITALIAN STREET FOOD since August 2021, where Demoy has significantly improved customer engagement and retention in the Dayton and Cincinnati markets. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Service Specialist at Chick-fil-A Restaurants, Assistant Manager at Island Wing Company, and Line Cook at Black Rock Bar and Grill. Demoy began in the food service sector at Steak n Shake, where roles included Operations Shift Supervisor and Production Trainer, enhancing customer service and crisis management skills. Additional experience with Amazon as a Prime Whole Foods Shopper provided exposure to retail and warehouse environments.
