Wayne Evans is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Piacentini & Son since December 2023, Wayne previously held managerial roles at Tronox, where responsibilities included overseeing financial functions and reporting for the Australian operations and managing financial activities for pigment operations. Prior experience also includes serving as Company Secretary and Finance Manager for Cristal's Asia Pacific operations, Finance Manager at West Australian Newspapers, and Audit Manager at AMD Chartered Accountants. Wayne began a career in auditing at Arthur Andersen & Co. and holds a Master of Business Administration from Curtin University, as well as recognition as a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, further supported by a Bachelor's degree in Business with a major in Accounting and a minor in Law from Curtin University.
