Satish Khengre has a diverse work experience, starting in 2004 as a Programming Assistant at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. SATISH then worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Marathon Realty Ltd. Mumbai from 2005 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of CHRO/Head of Human Resources at PhysicsWallah-India's Most Trusted Learning App, where they are responsible for change management, organizational development, resource planning, talent management, compensation and benefits, and other HR functions.

Satish Khengre has a Bachelor of Laws degree from Mumbai University Mumbai with a field of study in Law. Additionally, they have a Master of Business Administration degree with a field of study in Human Resources Development, also from Mumbai University Mumbai.
