Kathy Bonner is an accomplished real estate professional and former executive with extensive experience in recruiting and business development. Currently serving as a Realtor at Phyllis Browning Company since October 2020, Kathy assists clients with buying and selling real estate in south central Texas. Kathy's previous roles include Executive Vice President of Recruiting and Executive Vice President of Business Development at Worth Collection, where responsibilities included overseeing a sales force of over 1,000 stylists and developing successful training and recruiting strategies. Earlier positions include Vice President of Recruiting at Bill Blass and Executive Director of Business Development at Eccoci, showcasing a strong background in management and leadership within the women’s apparel industry. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications from The University of Texas at Austin.
