Cody Posey is a skilled professional with extensive experience in leadership and training within military and civilian sectors. Currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at Phyllis Browning Company since April 2024, Cody's previous roles at Power Home Remodeling included Team Leader, Rookie Mentor, and Remodeling Consultant. At the United States Military Academy at West Point from July 2020 to June 2022, Cody served as Deputy Program Director in the Department of Military Instruction, overseeing the education and development of future Army leaders. With a military career spanning from January 2003 to June 2020, Cody held various leadership positions such as Program Manager, Senior Training Manager, and Division Operations Manager, focusing on training and operational management across diverse teams. Cody holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Troy University.
